From the Editorial Desk

I am very delighted to announce the release of the 2nd volume of The Journal of Theatrex Asia (ISSN: 2345-7678). This yearly e-journal provides a platform for academic sharing and exchanges in the areas of Performing Arts, Culture, Design and Society, focusing on (but not limited to) perspectives from within Asia, which is a fasting developing continent in the cultural ecology. This journal is open-access, and in this very spirit of sharing, we do not see the need to restrict the format and the referencing style the authors choose to present their research. The editorial board consists members of different nationalities and university affiliations in Asia.

The Journal of Theatrex is at an early stage of development. I will like to take this opportunity to thank the authors. Your submission is much appreciated. I will also like to thank my fellow editorial board members, who have taken time off from their busy schedules to review and provide comments to the papers. The journal will continue to strive for academic excellence and relevance. In the meantime, if you have any feedback, please feel free to write to us.

Thank you and best regards.
